Now, in Korean society, the root of legal control is shaking down because of foreign labor force and the populace economy is breaking down.

The low-class plunge to commit suicide with their children because of no-income resulting from unemployment and the unemployed continue to jump into subway track. Many of the unemployed fall to sleeping-outdoors-person, which consequently bring about crime and hence the society order is unrest.

The young University graduates are coming together for employment of the street garbage cleaner. This shows well dramatically the severe unemployment in Korean society.

But, Korean government’s plan introducing foreign labor force regularly and the Korean support group for foreign labor force asserting the illegally- staying -foreigners to be all legally accepted are completely ignoring the Korean populace’s urge saying “ if we got a job, even a small pay, we can be satisfied”

The salary got by the foreign laborer is expended as the purchase cost of their origin nation’s imported food and the remaining majority of salary is being transferred to their country.

If the low- class collapses down due to no jobs, we cannot expect the rest of the middle class and the upper class.  Nobody can expect, even at this time, that the foreign laborer will hold out Korean society.

In the Western advanced countries, the progressive group oppose to import the foreign labor force on account of protecting the job of their nation’s people, whilst the conservative group support to import in the interest of the company.

So, our demand is that the jobs, taken out by foreigner, must be relocated at the hands of the low class of Korean, for the purpose of NOT affluent life standard, BUT minimum livelihoods.

The so-called progressive groups in Korea are supporting the foreign laborer, wearing the mask of human rights, and follow blindly the argument that this behavior is the roles of human right group and intellectual class.

The religion group and major media press are describing foreign laborer as a pity and inducing sympathy.

But, because of the Korean government’s stupid policy, Korea’s industrial competence ability is falling down and the people are bothered with high unemployment.

As Korea Government imports foreign laborer, the wages of the less-educated or less-trained laborer in Korea are naturally constrained to the extent of not keeping up with the average price-increasing rate.

In principle, the personnel of the labor-intensive industry should be filled with Korean laborer.

What on earth and as what qualification, do the illegally staying foreigners make demonstration and have a negotiation with Korean government?

We cannot help condemning the Ministry of Foreign Affair who made two hundred thousand of illegal stay actually legitimated now.

We also cut off the interest groups, who utilize the foreign laborer as the economic and religious terms, from disguising human rights. Of course, the rights of the legitimated foreign laborer should be protected so that, by running the industry of which technology can be transferred from Korea, the developments between Korea and their origin nation can be achieved.

We do away with the Korea government’s policy depending on the imported laborer and promote the campaign that our country should be entered into the advanced country through technology innovation and that our country will be one of the most powerful and affluent nation in the world.

We will progress the citizen movement for illegal stay push-out, while we advocate the right of the legally staying foreigners who can learn the technique from Korea and can do trade with Korea in future.

--The target of our industry & economy should be entrance into the advanced country through information technology, biotechnology, environmental technology, Universe space technology, culture contents, nano-technology.

--The labor ?intensive industry should be technology innovated or automated or transferred to the foreign country in accordance with the comparative advantage.

--As the labor-intensive industry can contribute little except for the employment, the Korean and domestic person shall get the job in this field.The government’s policy depending on the foreign laborer should be reduced step by step and the harmful factor in our society should be ultimately removed.

--The rights of the legitimated foreign laborer should be respected, whereas we strongly reject a part of mass media, religion group or the corrupted group to utilize by distorting the fact of foreign labors’ lives.

Korean life, national dignity and the society order should be kept from all foreigners’ crime behaviors.

--We advocate the ultimate abolition of the Employment Permission system

The revisions to the overseas countrymen law should be withdrawn until we achieve GDP 25,000 Dollar/ person and the issue about the overseas countrymen should be reviewed with gradual step, taking consideration of foreign affair and economy status.
